Custom Wedding Stationery and Detail design is more than a just an element of your wedding, it’s a service tailored to what your needs and dreams are as a couple. When choosing to have custom invitation suites and decor designed you are choosing to work closely with me to bring your wedding vision to reality not just for your guests, but as an heirloom that you may cherish as a couple.
Let me make this easy for you.
I. Start with a Complimentary Consultation
To get started, make sure you fill out our initial consultation request form.
This form will help keep our discussion focused and give me an idea of exactly what you are looking for, while staying respectful to your budget.
Once received, I may follow up with a base price for you and/or schedule our complimentary consultation where we discuss the “pretty little details” of your wedding or event. These can be done in person or via Zoom/Facetime.
II. Get Connected
Even more important than the actual invitation design, to me, is my commitment to keep communication and timelines open with you. When proceeding to move forward, you will get:
Exclusive access to our online portal, which houses all communication, drafts, contracts and other documents.
Wedding inspiration board that will provide the details of your wedding as well as a tentative timeline which we will follow along the process as when to mail invitations, receive RSVPs, and more.
Guidance for your invitation and stationery wording.
Concierge level service to make your wedding stationery planning stress free.
III. Design Time
After gathering all the information needed from you, design time is on me! It is included in each package that there will be at least 2-3 proofs to choose from. Each draft will be emailed and housed in your portal and generated as a form so that feedback and approvals are sent directly to me.
IV. Make it Official
Upon draft approval is when final payment will be due and your suite will be sent to press to bring to life. At this time, any upgrades or down grades can be made and day-of stationery/signange menus will be sent as well.
I will also take the time to fully assemble your invitation suites; so no ribbon tying needed for you! Making sure that each suite is assembled together ensures they are sent crisp, clean, and exactly as you wanted them to be received by guests.
